    • Is the workshop only for beginners who want to buy online?
      This work shop is designed for beginning, intermediate and advanced dealers who want a better understanding of how to buy more efficiently and leverage Manheim online resources toward maximizing profits. Topics include how to use PowerSearch, buy and sell inventory, utilize best practices and understand Condition Reports.
    • Who will be teaching the workshop?
      Mandy Savage is the Director of Customer Relations for Manheim Online Solutions, which drives online strategy for OVE.com, Manheim.com and Manheim Simulcast. Also, she heads up The Wholesale Institute.

      Mandy is experienced in every area of the automotive industry. She began her career selling cars before joining Manheim as a manager trainee at our Nashville location. To gain an understanding of auction operations and management, she worked in every department. Afterward, she became an online sales representative for Manheim.

      In that position, Mandy worked with auction employees and general managers to train and develop online teams at auctions, helping dealers buy and sell vehicles online. Subsequently, she was promoted to national sales training manager for OVE.com. Mandy has worked exclusively with Manheim Online Solutions since 2004 and was named facilitator of The Wholesale Institute in September 2007.
    • I don’t trust online buying. How will the workshop help me with these concerns?
      We will answer all your questions; address your concerns and objections to buying and selling online, which will help build your confidence. We will help you focus on your objectives. Plus, we will show you tips and tricks to make your online experience easier, more profitable and fun.

    • How long is the workshop? Do I have to stay for the entire time?
      On average, the workshop lasts four hours. No, you don’t have to stick around—but with a complimentary lunch, free information and tips to help maximize your profits, we have a feeling you’ll want to.
    • Does the workshop take place during an auction sale day? If not, why? Is it an auction day and if not why not?
      No. The workshops take place during non auction sale days. They are designed to prepare you for the online auction sales the following day. This way, you’ll know exactly what to do, how to take advantage of everything our site has to offer and harness the power of Manheim.
    • Can I renew our license and/or update our Manheim account information while we’re there?
      Yes. During the workshop, all our services are available, but these can also be performed online.     • Do I need an auction access number to go to the workshop?
      Yes. You must be a registered dealer with an auction access number to attend.
